Sandbäcksskolan is a F-6 school located centrally in the town of Sjöbo. The school has 350 students. We work in what we call large classes, which means we have one class in each grade divided into two to three teaching groups. Each class is assigned three teachers and a school resource who collectively take responsibility for the students and their development. The school's overarching goal is Accessible Teaching, which includes: Children do well if we give them the right conditions (an approach inspired by Ross Greene), Positive Behavioral Support, interdisciplinary student-centered teaching where KASAM is created, and that student health starts in the classroom. Relational leadership is expected.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Teaching physical education and health for grades 4-6. The assignment also includes documenting students' individual knowledge development and the fulfillment of the organization's goals.
