For 25 years, Gryning has offered HVB and open care for children, adolescents, and families, emergency and family homes, addiction care, supported apartments, interventions against honor-related violence and oppression, as well as LSS housing. We provide counseling and training and assist with placements. Gryning is owned by the municipalities in Västra Götaland through the four municipal associations.

Familjecentrum Fyrbodal in Vänersborg receives families with children and unaccompanied children aged 0-12 years, as well as expectant mothers. Our operations are divided into two parts: institution and open care. Our profile focuses on assessing children's needs and parents' abilities, as well as strengthening the interaction between children and parents. The goal is to provide parents with an alternative to the relational patterns they have tried so far and to provide children with care, structure, and security that is fundamental to their future development.

We are now looking for a treatment secretary for a temporary position starting immediately until 2027-05-01.

The working hours are scheduled and irregular.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

What does the position entail?

As a treatment secretary, you will participate in treatment planning and perform qualified assessment and treatment work. You will have conversations with family members, document, and communicate with clients and other important individuals in children's networks.

Since care and supervision are part of the job, it is important to be able to collaborate, be attentive, and flexible. Supporting children and families in their daily routines is also an essential part of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with at least a two-year post-secondary education, or an equivalent education, with a focus on social work, social pedagogy, or behavioral science. Experience working with children and families in vulnerable life situations, as well as a good understanding of legislation in the field, is advantageous. We seek someone who can work independently and in a team, is flexible, and structured.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. A driver's license is required as travel is part of the job.
