We are now looking for a new colleague with a strong work ethic for a 23-year-old male client. We seek someone who looks long-term at developing their relationship with the client.

Music, walks, and reading books are the client's interests, and you should appreciate the same. You should have a childlike spirit but not be childish.

The client appreciates assistants who dare to be themselves and with whom he can laugh, sing, and have fun. Positive, cheerful people are sought!

The recruitment is primarily for positions with approximately 80% working hours, and we are also looking for on-call substitutes.

With us, you will work at home with a boy who has an ultra-rare syndrome. Autism is part of the syndrome, as well as severe visual impairment, which means we are looking for someone who can work in a structured manner and has a very high understanding of communication and preparation in all moments throughout the day. You should be quick-witted and creative in your thinking.

The work shifts vary between day/evening and weekends, and large parts of the day consist of double assistance. You should be able to work both ways. Since large parts of the day consist of double assistance, you will have significant support from a colleague as a newcomer to the job.

In your application, you must indicate your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a permanent residence permit in Sweden to be employed by Särnmark.
