JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a support assistant, you will largely work to support the residents in their daily lives. Your responsibilities include ensuring and designing clear structures, establishing action plans, documenting, and collaborating with representatives, guardians, daily activities, and more.

You focus on what the users find meaningful and are involved in creating a developing daily life based on new and established methods. Based on our users' needs, a secure staff group is needed that works methodically and curiously based on our pedagogical approach.

The role includes promoting the development of users' resources to provide the best possible conditions for an independent life with high quality of life.

The work involves varied working hours. This means that you will work during the day, in the evenings, on weekends, and on sleeping duty. One of the positions will also involve working some hours at the neighboring unit within the same management area.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements for the position:

  • Trained support assistant, nursing assistant, or have another equivalent education.
  • Previous work experience from operations within LSS and work based on a low-arousal approach.
  • Digital maturity and experience working with documentation systems.
  • Driving license B.

You have the ability to share information and ideas, both verbally and in writing. You adapt your communication according to the recipient, target group, and situation. Communication with users, relatives, and colleagues is done in an empathetic, attentive, and respectful manner.

To succeed in the role, you need to be confident in the working methods and values that the organization stands for. You need to function well in challenging situations and maintain calmness and curiosity in all circumstances. You are a person who truly wants to make a difference for the individual. You are driven to find solutions and create development.
