We are now looking for experienced personal assistants for an active 31-year-old girl who uses a wheelchair. She communicates through eye contact and sounds, which means you should be attentive.

Previous experience with tube feeding is a plus, but not a requirement.

She trains/stretches regularly and enjoys being active through walks, swimming in a public pool twice a week during winter. In summer, she loves to swim in the sea or a lake. She goes out for these activities daily and is away from home every day from around 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. She also enjoys listening to music and attending various music events with her assistants.

As a personal assistant, you will have the opportunity to support and help this active girl continue to live a rich and active life.

The position includes round-the-clock assistance with double assistance during the day. Day shifts are long, about 12 hours, which means you will not work more than 4 shifts a week. During night shifts, there are 6.5 hours of on-call/waiting time between 11:30 PM and 6:00 AM. The schedule is a 6-week rotation where you work both day and night shifts as well as weekends.

We are looking for both male and female assistants.

Requirements for applicants:

You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written!

• You need to have Bank ID/mobile Bank ID to view the schedule and sign your timesheet at the end of the month.

• Inspirera Assistans applies individual salary setting, and as an assistant, you will receive a fixed base salary per hour + vacation pay, as well as additional compensation for evenings, weekends, and nights. We have a collective agreement with Kommunal/Vårdföretagarna branch G.
