We are looking for an assistant for our client, a cheerful and playful 17-year-old girl with Cerebral Palsy.

The position is a part-time employment. As an assistant, you will fill in during the regular assistant's vacation, other leave, and sickness.

During the summer, you will also receive scheduled hours.

It is important that you have a driver's license and a car, as this is necessary to reach the client's home, and the client has an adapted car (automatic) that you will drive her in to school, medical visits, and leisure activities.

In her free time, she enjoys going out for coffee, swimming, and going on various outings just like any other 17-year-old.

She has significant mobility difficulties and therefore requires several aids such as a ceiling lift, standing aids, specially adapted chairs, and various communication aids. You as an assistant will receive thorough training to learn how to handle these.

As an assistant, you will support her in the activities she enjoys, both at home and outside. You will also accompany her on outings and visits to, for example, habilitation, orthopedic technology, and assistive technology centers.

It is important that you, as an applicant, are a positive, secure, calm person who is solution-focused and driven.

Working hours during the school term are morning shifts around 05:30-08:00 (Tuesdays 07:30-10:00) and afternoon shifts around 12:00-20:00 (Tuesdays 12:30-20:00).

When applying for the position, it is especially important that you can take morning shifts and also be available for sleeping on-call duty.

On weekends, working shifts are between, for example, 08:00-10:45, 08:00-19:00, or 13:00-20:00. On weekdays, daytime shifts may also occur for various medical visits.

There may also be night shifts with sleeping on-call duty.

Most of the time, there is double assistance, but there are times when you as an assistant will work alone.

During days off and holidays, the shifts will be similar to those on weekends.

You will receive training before you start working independently.
