We are now looking for you who want and can take an important role in our mission. As a personal assistant here, your task will be to make every day rich and safe for our client, who is a nice guy that, despite his adult age, needs support in many parts of his daily life.

There is much he can manage with the support of his assistants. It is also through assistance that he gets the opportunity to live his life according to his wishes, interests, and needs.

Together with the assistant, everyday tasks are balanced with fun activities such as walks, DV, gym training, music, PlayStation, and various sports events. But also support in less enjoyable tasks such as cleaning, hygiene, and regular household chores.

The client has his own car that the assistants drive, so a B driver's license with a manual transmission is a must. He also lives in the countryside between Skövde and Tibro in a place called Värsås, and it is most suitable to get there by car.

To manage this job, you need to have a good command of the Swedish language. You need to have your own drive and a genuine desire to make every day valuable. You are positive and secure in yourself.

The Role and Experience of the Assistant

We are looking for someone with some experience in care or educational work, but this is not a requirement. Personal qualities weigh heavier. The most important thing is that you and the client click – that the chemistry is right! If you are the right person, there is a fantastic important and beautiful job here.

Here you are offered a job where your contribution is noticed and appreciated. Introduction and training will initially take place at the workplace, which is also the client's home. You will receive individualized introduction/training in all aspects of the client's assistance needs and routines. It is important that you as an assistant have the right conditions to succeed in your new assignment.

Meritorious Experiences

• Swedish in speech and writing.
• B driver's license is a requirement.
• Experience from work in care/assistance or educational work.

Working Hours/Employment Degree

• Hourly – extra as needed during the regular assistant's sick leave and vacation.
• Start immediately or by agreement.
