About the job

As a personal assistant, you provide support in both practical and personal matters, including:

• Assistance with transfers and personal care
• Support during meals, hygiene, and dressing
• Help at home and with errands
• Support in planning and structuring daily life
• Clear communication and guidance in various situations
• Creating calm, safety, and predictability

The cognitive impairment means that the client may need extra support with memory, understanding, planning, and decision-making. Therefore, you need to be patient, clear, and able to adapt your approach to her needs.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is responsible, calm, and stable
• Has good ability to collaborate and listen
• Is flexible and solution-oriented
• Has respect for integrity and self-determination
• Has experience in care, assistance, or personal support (preferable)
