Lansen Omsorg AB consists of several group homes focused on LSS. With us live individuals who belong to group 1, often in combination with mental health issues, substance abuse, aggressive behavior, and social difficulties.

We support our residents in their daily lives, based on their individual needs and wishes. The tasks include supporting, motivating, and developing the individual's own abilities, all to enable the resident to live as independently as possible.

Experience with the target group is an advantage.

We are looking for staff for part-time, full-time, and on-call positions. We apply a probationary employment period.

A driver's license is required. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.

We are recruiting continuously.
