We are looking for one or more individuals to work on an as-needed basis as personal assistants for a client. Our client is a 45-year-old man who has cerebral palsy and type 1 diabetes, and he requires assistance every day of the week between 07:00 and 23:00.

The job involves helping him with all practical aspects of daily life, such as mobility, personal hygiene, household chores, as well as assistance with blood sugar monitoring and insulin administration. Our client leads his assistants himself, so your job is to assist him according to his instructions. Therefore, it is important that you speak and understand Swedish well. It is also important to have a good basic physical condition, as certain tasks may be physically demanding. You do not need to be highly trained, but you should not have injuries or issues with your back and joints.

We are looking for a team member who can work on an as-needed basis – for example, during the absence of regular staff for short or longer periods. The perfect candidate is someone who lives in or near Kallhäll and has a lot of free time to allocate, such as someone studying remotely, running their own business with flexible hours, or a retiree looking for part-time work/additional income. As a person, you need to be calm and attentive, have personal maturity, and be responsible.
