About the AssignmentWe are looking for a project manager in production development for an industrial operation in strong growth, where the green transition and sustainable technologies are in focus. You will play a key role in driving investment and development initiatives that strengthen and future-proof production – from improvements in existing lines to the introduction of new equipment.
The role involves overall responsibility throughout all phases of the projects, and you will work systematically according to established project methodology for investments. Safety, quality, usability, and machine safety are central parts of the delivery, and you are expected to ensure that projects are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with internal requirements as well as external regulations.
Responsibilities- Drive investment and development projects within production from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Be responsible for budget, timeline, resource allocation, and follow-up against goals for time, cost, and quality.
- Ensure that projects follow the investment project methodology (PMFI) throughout the project's lifecycle.
- Monitor and evaluate work environment, health, safety, and environmental parameters for a safe and sustainable execution.
- Identify, analyze, and prevent risks and drive proactive measures.
- Prepare and present regular status and results reports to department management and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate multiple technical areas and stakeholders to create engagement and progress in the project organization.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering field, or equivalent work experience in manufacturing/industry.
- Experience as a project manager or in a similar coordinating/leading role within production or industry.
- Familiarity with coordinating different technical areas and stakeholders in technical projects.
- Good experience with MS Office.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in machine design, safety work, or similar technical development projects.
- Experience with project management methodology Props/GATE.
- Experience with Microsoft Project.
- Experience with SAP.
- Knowledge of CE marking, machinery directives, and applicable standards.
