We are now looking for several Industrial Engineers who want to work with the development and production of high-quality products. The assignment involves work in both new construction and modernization projects, where you will have the opportunity to contribute throughout the product's lifecycle over time.

You will be an important link between design and production, working in a technically advanced and cross-functional environment with a focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term development.

As an Industrial Engineer, you will work with production engineering preparation and support in the various phases of the projects. Your tasks will include:

• Production calculations and construction methodology

• Assembly order, geometric assurance, and make/buy assessments

• Development of production aids and fixtures

• Design analyses related to production

• Work order preparation and manufacturing documentation

• Planning for effective production implementation

• Close collaboration with design, purchasing, and production

• Engineering degree in e.g. mechanical engineering, marine design or equivalent relevant work experience

• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Ability to take personal responsibility, show initiative, and drive your work independently

• Strong technical interest and a structured working method

• Experience from the marine industry, process or manufacturing industry

• Experience in large-scale and complex development projects

• Technical project management or coordination

• Design and development of production documentation

• Consulting assignment where you will be employed by us and rented out to the client

• Scope: Full-time (100 %)

• Work location: Karlskrona

• Assignment period: April 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026 initially
