Hemudden is looking for a seasonal property caretaker/landscaper.

During the summer months (April-September), we need extra help with property maintenance within our portfolio.

You are driven, flexible, and easy to collaborate with your colleagues. You are self-sufficient, can plan and prioritize both your own and others' tasks, and are willing to pitch in where needed.

Your tasks include:

Landscaping. Requirement is to be able to operate a riding lawn mower and trimmer.
Shrub and tree pruning
Weeding and maintenance of flower beds
Maintenance of recycling stations and litter picking
Simple repairs
