We are looking for a project manager for development and investment projects within production development in an industrial operation that is experiencing strong growth related to the green transition. You will play a central role in driving projects that improve existing production lines and enable investments in new equipment for the future of cable production.

The role involves overall responsibility for project delivery with a focus on quality, machine safety, user-friendliness, and a clear HSE perspective (health, safety, and environment) throughout the implementation.

• Drive investment and development projects from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
• Ensure that projects are executed according to established project methodology for investments (PMFI).
• Be responsible for budget, timeline, resource allocation, and tracking of project goals.
• Monitor and evaluate health, safety, and environmental parameters and ensure compliance with internal requirements and external regulations.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and develop action plans.
• Prepare and present regular status and results reports to department management and stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional collaborations between different technical areas and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering field, or equivalent work experience in manufacturing/industry.
• Experience as a project manager or in a similar coordinating role, with a documented ability to drive projects towards goals.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical areas and stakeholders in industrial projects.
• Good experience with MS Office.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

• Experience in machine design, safety work, or similar technical development projects.
• Experience with the Props/GATE method for project management.
• Experience with Microsoft Project.
• Experience with the SAP business system.
• Knowledge of CE marking, machinery directives, and applicable standards.
