ABOUT THE JOB

As a designer in our team, you contribute to creating and maintaining high performance and productivity in our clients' facilities. We are involved in the entire chain, from tender documents to commissioning, where in addition to design work, you support with technical feasibility studies, detailed design, calculations, and preparation of work documents. You assist as technical support during procurement and commissioning throughout the project. You will be part of a project team collaborating with representatives from both clients and suppliers. There are great opportunities to take a leading role as project manager in our projects and to mentor younger colleagues.

Furthermore, your work will consist of:

• Participation in the entire chain, from feasibility study to commissioning of constructed facilities
• Laser scanning and 3D modeling
• Development of layouts and design solutions
• Designing piping systems and mechanical constructions
• Participation in the selection of materials and components
• Calculations, procurement, and project planning
• Technical support throughout the project

We have several exciting inquiries in progress, and our clients are primarily in the pulp/paper and energy and chemical industries.

We are looking for someone who thrives in the consulting role where you constantly challenge and develop our clients! You have a broad and comprehensive understanding of technology and are used to working towards set goals.

Working as a consultant means that assignments and tasks vary from simpler to more complex, and therefore we want you to be driven, meticulous, and engaged as a person and able to be your own “project manager” when needed. You see yourself as a team player with good social skills.

If we were to write a wish list of your skills and experiences, it would look something like this:

• Technical education from university, college, vocational school, or equivalent knowledge gained through work
• Several years of experience in similar tasks within the industrial and energy sectors is an advantage
• Experience with CAD tools, advantageous are E3D, Autodesk Plant 3D, or Cadmatic.
• Good computer skills and basic knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Can express yourself well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has a technical interest, a desire to learn, curiosity about the profession, and initiative
• Has the ability to collaborate and maintain a communicative approach with both colleagues, suppliers, and clients.
