Responsibilities and Duties

We work with new technologies and are at the forefront of developing heat exchangers. In your role, you will help strengthen our ability to deliver according to agreed customer requirements. This is the role for you if you want to be involved when new technology goes from idea and prototype to stable, scalable, and automated production. As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in the industrialization of Alfa Nova Next Generation. You will help build something from the ground up. You will be a central link between R&D, OD, and production in an environment where cross-functional collaboration is crucial for success. In 2026, several new products will be launched that will be started up in production, alongside larger initiatives in industrialization, automation, and stabilization. This means a fast pace, great responsibility, and a real opportunity to influence how future production is built. In your role, you will help strengthen our ability to deliver according to agreed customer requirements. This is a manufacturing method that differs from everything we have done before. The process is advanced, the tolerances are small, and the requirements are high, but the opportunities are even greater.

Your Profile

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, materials science, or similar
• Good Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Understanding of production flows, process optimization, and basic quality work

Experience from the manufacturing industry and work with industrialization, automation, investments, or cross-functional projects is a plus. We are open to both recent graduates and those with a few years of experience, provided you have the right technical foundation, drive, and attitude.
