About the role:

As an engineer, you will belong to our certification department where you manage and ensure that personnel certifications are conducted according to applicable regulations and guidelines. In this role, you will be responsible for both the technical and administrative processes - from evaluating training and previous work to ensuring that the person's skills and experiences meet the requirements. The handling also includes following up annual reporting and participating in calibrations and technical committees. You will work with several close customer contacts where your role will be to develop professional relationships with customers, authorities, and other stakeholders.

Your tasks also include:

• Participating in technical consultation meetings within relevant areas
• Contributing to the marketing of Kiwa's services
• Service management and keeping yourself and the service updated regarding current rules and regulations
• Examiner – Developing and maintaining question banks and grading written exams
• Handling complaints and investigating them within the framework of personnel certification

Your place of work is Karlskrona where we are a team of about 18 people and you have the opportunity for hybrid work. Travel and overnight trips may occur.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education such as vocational training or university education in construction technology, energy, ventilation, or other equivalent education
• Technical and social interest
• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have work experience in a relevant field, e.g., experience from certification or control activities.
