About the Company

YTAB Group is an industrial group with production in Sweden and Hungary, holding a leading position in the surface treatment of plastic and composite parts, as well as own manufacturing and assembly. We have approximately 100 employees and an annual turnover of around 115 MSEK. Over the past few years, we have invested over 70 MSEK in our operations – and we are moving forward. Our customers are found in industries such as automotive, medical technology, defense, consumer electronics, and interior design. The recruitment is conducted in cooperation with Wikan Personal.

Your Responsibilities

As a Project Manager with us, you will have a key role at the intersection of sales, customers, and production. You will be involved early in the quotation process together with sales, help drive the business forward, and ensure that projects get a clear and secure start. Your main focus is to lead the execution all the way to stable production, after which you hand over in a structured and smooth manner.

You move naturally between customers, sales, and production, becoming the connecting link that makes the whole work. This role suits you if you like creating structure, building momentum, and staying close to operations. Here you will receive great trust, short decision-making paths, and good opportunities to influence in the following areas:

• Drive projects from quotation to production
• Work closely with sales in customer dialogue and business development
• Ensure a smooth transition from business to production where you support and are present
• Lead the development of prototypes and pre-series – testing, validation, and quality
• Be responsible for PPAP and project documentation
• Work actively with quality, risk management, and improvements
• Monitor project economics and delivery
• Handle deviations and ensure customer requirements are met
• Participate in customer and supplier visits

Your Background/Personal Qualities

We are looking for you who have experience in project management in a manufacturing environment and thrive in a broad and independent role with significant responsibility. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have an easy time building good collaborations – both internally and externally. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

We would like you to:

• Be an experienced project manager within manufacturing industry (automotive industry is a merit)
• Be accustomed to working closely with sales, production, and project management
• Have experience with quality work, APQP, and PPAP
• Have good system proficiency (business systems and Excel)
• Fluently speak and write Swedish and English

As a person, you are practical, structured, and used to following up on work. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and driving – you get things done! As a project manager, you have many contact areas, and we consider it natural that you are communicative and flexible.
