You will work within our business area Hardware & Design where we combine broad engineering expertise with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centered approach – to develop physical products and digital experiences all the way from concept to large-scale production.

Responsibilities In the role of technical project manager, you will act as an advisor, drive feasibility studies, manage change and new development projects for clients, or lead in-house projects at Knightec Group. Expect a wide variety of projects that you will manage. We are looking for project managers in several different areas. You may work within:

• Production development

• Product development

• Production investments

• Process

• Quality

Qualifications We are looking for someone who is self-driven and solution-oriented with a strong technical interest. You have the ability to lead and motivate others. You are used to handling complex projects and delivering results under both time pressure and changing conditions. In addition to your personal qualities, we want you to have:

• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial economics, or electrical engineering).

• At least 5 years of project management experience in the manufacturing industry.

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar) as well as knowledge of product development, production processes, and quality assurance.

• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

As some of our assignments are subject to defense secrecy, a security clearance may be required for the assignment.

Practical information

This is a permanent position based at our office in Karlskrona, Skeppsbrokajen 14. Travel may occur to our clients. The start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.
