As a mechanical designer, you will be part of an experienced and dedicated team working on the design, integration, and arrangement of technical systems in complex products. The role involves both further development of existing systems and new construction, which means you will work broadly and variably in different phases of the projects.

You will use modern 3D CAD tools in your daily work and be involved throughout the development process – from concept development and design to drafting, technical documentation, and production support. The role includes designing and reviewing product designs in 3D CAD and producing drawings according to applicable standards and production requirements. You will also work with system design, prepare technical documentation in the form of reports and product specifications, and manage requirements and verification.

The work involves ongoing contact with both internal and external stakeholders, and you will act as a technical support to production. There is also an opportunity to take on greater responsibility over time, for example, through area responsibility or a team-leading role.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience

• At least one year of experience in mechanical design

• Experience in drafting

• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have experience working in a technically advanced industry, where you are used to handling complex products and technical environments. Additionally, if you have experience in 3D modeling with tools such as Aveva E3D or Creo, it is considered an additional benefit.
