Job Description and Responsibilities

Do you want to help shape the future of technology and quality work in a growing industrial company with some of Europe's leading vehicle manufacturers as customers?

As Technical and Quality Manager, you will have a key role in the operations where you lead and develop the technical and quality areas while strengthening collaboration within the team and driving the continued development of the business.

The role involves overall responsibility for production technology development, technical and process development, and ensuring that the business operates according to established quality requirements and standards. You lead a team consisting of engineers, quality engineers, and quality administration, with the opportunity to further develop the organization in line with the company's continued growth.

In this role, you work closely with several functions within the business and have extensive contact areas with customers, partners, and suppliers. You become an important part of the company's continued development and have great opportunities to influence both working methods, processes, and future investments.

You report directly to the CEO and are part of EBP's management group.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for production technology development and driving technical and process development within the business.
• Develop collaboration, structure, and working methods within the team.
• Ensure and further develop the business's management systems.
• Manage and follow up on internal and external audits.
• Act as the contact person for accredited auditors.
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers, partners, and other external stakeholders.
• Responsible for personnel, working environment, and budget within the technical and quality area.
• Contribute to the continued development and growth of the business.
• Work closely with production, maintenance, purchasing, and sales in the business's improvement and development work.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who is a down-to-earth and communicative leader who thrives on developing both people and businesses. You are clear in your leadership and have the ability to create engagement, participation, and collaboration. The role suits you who are motivated by creating results through others and who combine a strategic perspective with an operational and solution-oriented approach.

We expect you to have:

• A university or civil engineering degree, in fields such as mechanical engineering, quality engineering, production engineering, or industrial economics.
• Several years of leadership experience and experience in project management, quality management, and improvement work.
• At least five years of experience from manufacturing industry.
• Experience with business management systems ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, as well as familiarity with customer and supplier contacts.
• Very good technical understanding and a strong interest in technology and production.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience from the automotive industry and good knowledge of the industry's quality requirements, including IATF 16949.
