Do you want to combine technology, leadership, and service in an international environment? We are now looking for a Technical Specialist for our service organization in Karlskrona. Here you will have a central role where you contribute to developing our technicians and service activities throughout Scandinavia.

CC Scandinavia handles all sales and service activities for rollers and asphalt pavers in Scandinavia. The organization you will be part of consists of approximately 20 employees, with 9 based in Karlskrona. Our workplace offers our employees great opportunities to put their personal stamp on their work based on personality, experience, and competence.

Your responsibilities

You will become an important part of our team of approximately 15 people (5 of whom are in Karlskrona). You will have a varied role where you:

• Plan and coordinate service assignments
• Provide technical guidance and support to our technicians
• Follow up on and analyze results and KPIs
• Drive improvement work and business opportunities, e.g., campaigns and projects
• Contribute to setting and achieving business goals

The work involves close collaboration with colleagues and customers and offers great opportunities to influence with your experience and competence.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and communicative, with good leadership qualities and a technical interest. You thrive in an environment where you are given responsibility and can develop both processes and people.

We would appreciate if you have:

• Experience in technical support, team leading, or a similar role
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• A structured approach to work and the ability to analyze and follow up on results
• Flexibility and willingness to pitch in where needed

Previous experience from the service or machinery industry is an advantage.
