Do you want to lead and develop a strategically important Supply Chain function in an international and project-intensive operation? We are now looking for an experienced and inspiring leader who wants to take responsibility for building up, developing, and leading a Supply Chain Management organization with a focus on planning, logistics, and operational delivery.

In this role, you will be responsible for the Supply Chain Management function and ensure that planning, sourcing, logistics, and project-related supply chains operate efficiently and support the organization's overall goals.

You will become a key player in a complex and cross-functional organization where you lead change, create structure, and drive collaboration between several business areas and international stakeholders.

• Lead, develop, and coach the Supply Chain team
• Responsible for capacity and portfolio planning throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Establish and further develop planning processes, including S&OP
• Ensure efficient use of internal and external resources
• Coordinate sourcing and operational project delivery together with procurement
• Develop logistics, warehousing, and distribution processes
• Ensure efficient material flows from production to installation
• Drive continuous improvements within logistics and Supply Chain
• Identify and manage risks and ensure an efficient end-to-end supply chain

• Extensive experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Planning in project-based operations
• Strong understanding of the entire Supply Chain flow – from planning and sourcing to logistics and delivery
• Experience with S&OP processes and capacity planning
• Documented experience in leading teams and developing organizations
• Experience working in matrix organizations with many stakeholders
• Ability to make business decisions where cost, capacity, delivery, and risk are balanced
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English
