Quality Technician to Alfa Laval in Ronneby

Do you want to help create a more sustainable future and contribute to improving people's living conditions? Alfa Laval in Ronneby is now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented Quality Technician to join our Quality team.

About the role
As a Quality Technician, you play a key role in ensuring and developing quality within our operations. You work proactively and drive continuous improvement activities, or alternatively, you participate in or lead root cause analyses in the event of quality deviations. Through cross-functional collaboration with colleagues from different departments, you contribute to quality-assuring our processes and products.

You are also involved in projects within Product Care (minor customer adaptations), Existing Product Development (EPD), and New Product Development (NPD), as well as investment and improvement projects. As needed, you build test rigs/prototypes for quality-related tests and exchange experiences with other sites and customers. You produce statistics and analyses that form the basis for quality improvements.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, analytical, and has a strong drive to improve. You have high integrity, are responsible, and have a clear customer focus. You thrive in collaborating and communicating with different functions and levels in the organization, and have the ability to inspire and engage your colleagues. You are flexible, structured, and see change as a natural part of the work.

We would like you to have or develop over time:

• Technical competence related to products and processes
• Knowledge in metrology, technical drawing, and materials science
• Ability to coordinate group activities and drive improvement work
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite
• Lean Six Sigma competence is an advantage
