Assistant Property Developer

About the Position

As an Assistant Property Developer, you will be an important part of our property organization and work both operationally and administratively in close collaboration with the company's property developers. The role is broad and varied, involving support in ongoing management while participating in development initiatives, coordination, and planning.

The position includes following up on service and framework agreements and actively participating in procurement and maintenance projects. You will also be responsible for driving and planning development projects within the IT area. Additionally, you will have continuous dialogue with our tenants, handling ongoing matters and receiving maintenance requests.

The role offers excellent opportunities to grow within property management and contribute to the development of our internal working methods and processes.

About You

You have a post-secondary education in property management or equivalent and want to work in a role where you can further develop in the field. Experience in property management, preferably with elements of IT-related tasks, procurement, operations, or maintenance, is an advantage. You have basic competence in construction technology, procurement, and operations and maintenance. A good technical understanding and a clear interest in digital development and new working methods are also advantageous.

As a person, you work in a structured and meticulous manner and enjoy taking responsibility and driving issues independently while being able to collaborate easily. You are flexible, adaptable to change, and have a natural ability to build good relationships with colleagues, contractors, and tenants.

The position is a full-time role based in Karlskrona. Start date is by agreement. The employment may begin with a probationary period.
