As a project manager, you will have a central position where you drive investment and development projects related to production and technology. You will be responsible for the entire project process – from initiation and planning to execution and closure – with a focus on quality, safety, and sustainable results.

You will work closely with several functions within the organization and ensure that the projects follow established project methods. The role involves planning resources, managing budgets and timelines, and leading the work forward through clear structure and engaging leadership.

• Lead development and investment projects within the production environment
• Ensure that projects are delivered according to set goals for time, quality, and budget
• Follow up on work environment, safety, and environmental aspects during the projects
• Identify risks and work proactively with improvements
• Present status reports and results to management and stakeholders

• Contribute to the development of future solutions in cable production

You are used to making decisions, prioritizing the right activities, and at the same time maintaining the flexibility required in a changing project environment.

• A university degree or master's degree in a relevant engineering field, or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience as a project manager or similar coordinating role
• Good experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and technical areas
• Good experience with MS Office
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience with project methods such as Props or GATE
• Knowledge of CE marking, machinery directives, or relevant standards
• Experience with Microsoft Project or business systems like SAP
• A background in machine design, safety work, or similar technical projects

Start: Immediately
Assignment period: Approximately 9 months of consulting assignment with good chances for extension
Scope: Full-time, 100%
Location: Karlskrona – on-site presence is required, initially full-time and then at least 3–4 days per week depending on project phase
