About the Assignment

We are looking for an interim manager who can step in and support a street/park operation run in-house within the public sector. The operation has grown to over 25 employees and is facing a division into two units to increase presence, accessibility, and management. You will play a crucial role in creating structure and continuity while new unit managers are recruited, in close collaboration with the current manager.

Responsibilities
  • Support and coordinate the work with the current street/park manager.
  • Lead employees in daily operations and ensure clear prioritization.
  • Follow up on operations, deliveries, and results.
  • Contribute to structure and a sustainable working method as the unit is divided.
  • Ensure good management of personnel and budget-related issues within the area of responsibility.
Requirements
  • Experience as a manager with personnel, operational, and budget responsibility.
  • Experience in operational activities in-house within street/park or similar operations.
  • At least one relevant reference assignment from similar assignments completed in recent years.
Desirable
  • Experience in park maintenance.
  • Experience in municipal operations.
  • Experience in business development.
