Furthermore, you have good leadership skills. In this recruitment, we place great importance on personal suitability, commitment, and motivation for the position. If this sounds interesting and fits you, you are warmly welcome to apply!

We recruit without a personal letter to strengthen the focus on the competencies and experiences required for this role. In assessing your application, we will base it on your CV and a number of questions you will need to answer when applying for the position.
To match the right competence to the right job, we use tests. Research shows that psychological tests, such as personality and ability tests, are among the best methods. We strive for a non-discriminatory, comparable, and objective recruitment process where psychological tests are a complement in the overall assessment. You who are applying for a job with us should feel secure that we focus on assessing the competencies that are crucial for the job you have applied for.
For this employment, we apply suitability testing equivalent to a school extract and will request an extract from the police's criminal record before appointment. Since processing time can be long, we ask you to already request a record extract from there. The City of Stockholm works with competence-based recruitment aimed at considering each person's competence and thus counteracting discrimination.
