In this role, you will lead the work on qualified school law issues in an organization characterized by new reforms, close collaboration with other units, and many points of contact within and outside the authority. Join us and contribute to the future of education!
About the job
As the head of the School Law Unit, you are responsible for developing, driving, and coordinating the work within the unit. Together with your employees, you will develop the operations so that the unit's mission is carried out in the most appropriate and effective ways, and you will regularly follow up on results. Your tasks also include representing the Swedish National Agency for Education externally and in the media for your area.
You are part of the management team at the Legal Department, where you, together with the Chief Legal Officer and the four other unit managers, contribute to the development of the entire department and the Swedish National Agency for Education.
“The education system is facing a number of extensive reforms, such as a 10-year compulsory school, new curricula, and a new grading system. As the head of the school law unit, you will play a key role in the Swedish National Agency for Education's work with the reforms.”
Erik Janzon, Chief Legal Officer
