As part of our steady growth, we are now seeking more knowledgeable specialists to strengthen our payroll team. Your role as a Senior Payroll Specialist is versatile and consists of various tasks related to your clients' payroll administration. An important part of your job is communication, advising, and quality assurance of payroll processes towards the client. As a payroll consultant, you will work with the entire payroll process in your client assignments, which means independent work while also collaborating in a team.

• At least 5 years of experience in independent work throughout the payroll process

• Previous experience in the consulting industry or consulting role

• A vocational college degree or university education in payroll or finance

• Familiarity with various systems, experience with the Flex HRM system is an advantage

• Previous work with payroll across Nordic countries is an advantage

• It is advantageous if you are an authorized payroll specialist

• The job requires fluent Swedish and good English skills
