Your Profile

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in IT support, who has a strong customer focus and enjoys providing professional service. You are a quick learner, flexible, and can quickly adapt to new systems and technologies. As a person, you are cheerful, social, service-oriented, and have an easy time collaborating with others. We prefer that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple cases and processes simultaneously.

In this position, we place great emphasis on personal suitability and the ability to provide good service and a positive customer experience.

The Role:

As a support technician, you will assist our clients' users via phone, email, chat, and remote, usually in a Windows environment. Our clients are located throughout Greater Stockholm, which is why it is important to have a flexible mindset and the ability to handle different people and corporate cultures.

To succeed in this role, you should have good general knowledge in:

• Office 365 and related services

• Supporting computers with Windows 10/11

• Administration in Active Directory

• Troubleshooting hardware and peripherals

• Experience with ticketing systems

• Familiarity with ITIL

• Willingness to use the phone as part of your daily work

It is a plus if you have knowledge in:

• Windows Server

• Networking

As a consultant at IT Staffing, you need to communicate fluently, clearly, and pedagogically in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, as you will have daily contact with Swedish-speaking users.
