The Individual and Family Care, IFO, is responsible for ensuring that the municipality can offer the social services required by the Social Services Act. This can include various types of care interventions, family law issues, or financial assistance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will handle adult cases such as substance abuse and social psychiatry, but you will also have the opportunity to shape your role where the work on domestic violence will be coordinated. IFO in Bromölla is now focusing on developing the work on domestic violence, and you will become a key person in this exciting work.

There are two social workers in the adult unit and one addiction therapist. Your closest colleague has worked in the field for over 10 years and will be a great asset to you. There is a well-developed collaboration with outpatient care and the addiction treatment Bron, which is provided in cooperation with Sölvesborg municipality.

As a social worker in adult services and domestic violence, you will handle substance abuse, social psychiatry, according to SoL and LVM. You will also develop and coordinate the work within domestic violence, such as routines, participate in various collaboration groups, etc. You will also investigate and offer support to victims and perpetrators of violence, but you will also be a resource for your colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or other education that the employer deems equivalent. We prefer that you have broad experience in social work and experience in authority work involving investigations, assessments, and implementation of decisions within social services.

You have interest, knowledge, and experience working with the target groups. It is an advantage if you have worked with ASI, MI, Freda, Patriark, Conversations about violence, or other conversation methodologies.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
