What does the position entail?

Hello! I am a 26-year-old woman currently seeking more assistants for my team. I live on a small farm just outside Klippan with my parents, but I plan to move out soon. I have severe ME and autism and am looking for someone with a genuine commitment to working with people and who sees the assignment as long-term. As my assistant, you will find joy in helping and supporting another person in daily life, and you thrive in a calmer work pace where the focus is on creating quality of life for the person you work with. My energy varies throughout the day, and I am sensitive to sound and light. Therefore, you need to be attentive and responsive to my needs. It is important that you are not allergic to or afraid of pets, as I have cats at home and meet a therapy dog every week. I love animals, and they bring a lot of joy to my life. Experience with my diagnoses and/or personal assistance is an advantage, but the most important thing is that we enjoy each other's company. I also wish for you to have a driver's license, be proficient in Swedish both spoken and written, and be able to read fluently; if you have an interest in animals, that is a big plus. It is important to me that you are flexible and adaptable and that you are smoke-free.

We are looking for someone who can work approximately 75%, but we also need substitutes who can step in as needed. The working hours are varied, but we would like you to be able to work during the day, evening, and night (with sleeping on-call), both on weekdays and weekends.

Scope: Part-time.Number of positions: 1 at approx. 75% and 2 positions for extra/as needed.Start date: By agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the positions will be filled as soon as possible.

About you -

As a personal assistant, we would like you to be cooperative, attentive, responsible, flexible, a good team player, and have great patience. The most important thing is that there is chemistry between you as a candidate and the client. This can be decisive in the final selection.

• It is advantageous if you have experience working as a personal assistant or in care and support and that you have an interest in animals.
• Requirements are that you hold a B driver's license, are proficient in Swedish in speech, reading comprehension, and writing, are smoke-free, and that you are not allergic to or afraid of pets.
