Örbäck Assistans is a small family-owned assistance company that, through proximity, commitment, and competence, provides its customers and assistants with the service and help they need, when they need it. The company started in 2010 and has a total of 35 years of experience in personal assistance.

We are now looking for a personal assistant/care assistant for one of our clients in Helsingborg. The client is a middle-aged woman with significant care and support needs.

You should be a trained care assistant, and experience in healthcare is an advantage. It is a plus if you can handle tube feeding via PEG. It is important to be able to collaborate with both doctors and nurses, and you will be delegated tasks by the nurse.

The working hours are primarily during the day, but flexibility and responsiveness to the client's needs are important.

You will be working alone, so you need to have good judgment and be confident in making decisions, as well as enjoy working independently. At the same time, it is important that you can collaborate with relatives, colleagues, and home care services. You must be a quick learner and have the ability to quickly adapt to the role and be flexible as the role or client's needs change.

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is essential, and it is advantageous if you can also communicate in Arabic.

Personal suitability is crucial.
