Solution Architect in Large Development Projects

You will work as a solution architect throughout the process from business needs to delivery in various development projects. There, you will be responsible for developing and quality-assuring the solution architecture as well as driving the transition of IT support according to our target architecture. You will also work on developing the IT architecture, including creating reference architectures, patterns, and models within various architecture domains.

An important goal is that the IT architecture leads to business benefits. To succeed, you must stay informed about the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's direction and the organization's needs. You will also follow trends in IT architecture both in system development and infrastructure.

The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for someone who

• has a university degree or equivalent experience and qualifications
• has experience working in in-house development projects as a solution architect or software architect
• has several years of experience in agile system development
• acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
• collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
• can understand and analyze complex issues
• has good communication skills
• has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have

• a certification as an IT architect
• good leadership skills and can make decisions
• experience in developing container-based microservice solutions
• experience in development in a RedHat OpenShift environment
• several years of experience as a software architect or code developer, preferably on multiple platforms.

Other

A position, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. For this position, Swedish citizenship is required. In this recruitment, psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process.

Location: preferably Luleå, but Karlskrona or Sundsvall may also be considered.
