Do you enjoy developing?

As a Service Technician, you will work with on-site IT support at the customer's location. You will assist customers with various IT-related problems and challenges/tasks. This can involve everything from installing new computers, managing account unlocks, connecting printers, upgrading software, to handling network issues or troubleshooting existing computers and printers' hardware and software. The role requires flexibility and a service-oriented mindset. It is a varied and developing role for those who are passionate about technology and want to deliver first-class service.

Who are you?

You have a burning interest in IT and technology, good communication skills, and a desire to provide first-class service. To be successful in the role, we believe you are curious and unafraid of challenges.

If you have previously worked as a technician or in networking/operations, are fluent in Swedish and English, and hold a B driver's license, we believe you have the right qualifications to match the role.
