About the Position

The municipal management department, leisure and service department, is now looking for a new employee based in Karesuando. The department is one of 6 others in the municipal management department and has around 70 employees. Our leisure activities constitute about 60% of the operations, and the remaining activities, which involve the management and development of various operational systems, properties, processing, and investigations, make up the rest. The leisure activities have 2 unit managers, while Labor Market/Integration (AME) has 1 unit manager. Other activities report directly to the department manager. Currently, we have 3 employees in Karesuando.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The position is linked to central administration and service for the entire group. In your management assignment, you will work in some central support systems for our operations, where vehicle management will take up a significant space. Your closest colleagues and management are located both in Karesuando and Kiruna C. We deliver services and support functions to our municipal citizens and the group as a whole.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has at least a high school education in a field we consider appropriate. We see that you have good computer skills and experience with resource-related systems. Since the operations are in a development phase, we expect you to be open, positive, and driven for new assignments and methods. You must be proficient in Swedish in both speech and writing. As Kiruna municipality generally has an international character, it is an advantage if you have good knowledge of English.
