We at AssistansExperten are now looking for a reliable and experienced personal assistant who wants to work with our 16-year-old customer.

The customer is a happy and social girl who is 16 years old. She has a knack for fun and laughter and is now looking for a new engaged and reliable personal assistant for her team who can help her live as active and independent a life as possible. She has a CP disability, epilepsy, and intellectual disability and needs help with most aspects of her daily life. You will be in her presence at all times to ensure she can have a well-functioning life and feel good, so it is important that you get along well together.

The customer needs help with everything in daily life, such as during meal situations, training, personal hygiene, and her leisure interests. In her free time, she enjoys going for walks, swinging, running with her Race Runner, building with Lego, listening to music, singing, riding, bowling, and going swimming.

The girl lives in a villa in Västerås with her family, so your workplace will primarily be at her home, but you will also go on various adventures together, and assistance will take place wherever she is. The customer has a decision for double staffing at certain times during the day, which means you will often work alongside a colleague.

The customer does not have her own spoken language but communicates with her surroundings in many different ways, including through body language, signs for support, and pictures. As an assistant, you need to be curious and willing to learn her way of communicating so that you can understand each other in the best way possible.

You will be together through thick and thin, and we will develop a close relationship with each other. Therefore, it is important that the chemistry is right and that you enjoy each other's company. The customer prefers to play and have fun with girls, so we would like you to be female.

For this position, it is required that you:

• Are non-smoker
• Are swim-capable

• Are willing to work and loyal
• Fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing
• Experience with CP disabilities & epilepsy is an advantage
• It is desirable that you have a driver's license
• Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability

Employment form: As long as the assistance assignment lasts, 50% position. Hourly employment during the introduction.

Working hours: Mainly evenings and every other weekend. It may also be relevant to have awake night shifts eventually.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement. Other compensations according to collective agreement.

Start date: Immediately
