The mission of the case management unit is to manage, support, and develop the city planning administration's case and information management. Currently, the unit employs a development leader for information management, archivists, archive assistants, committee secretaries, and case controllers.

As our previous colleague has moved on to new challenges, we are now looking for a development leader for information security with the task of coordinating work on information security and data protection at the city planning administration.

As a development leader for information security, you will work both strategically and operationally. You will be responsible for coordinating, leading, and developing the administration's work in information security and data protection, focusing on systematic information security work, planning, implementation, and follow-up. In this role, you will, for example, develop, implement, and follow up on governing documents within the field of information security, which also includes data protection. You will also provide guidance and practical support to management and employees regarding information security and data protection to ensure that the administration's information and personal data are handled in accordance with applicable legislation and governing documents.

As a development leader, you will also work with information mapping, classification of information assets, risk assessments, and analysis of system support. You are expected to participate in and collaborate with corresponding roles in other administrations within the city and inform and educate your colleagues in the administration.

As a development leader for information security, you will also serve as the administration's data protection contact, acting as a liaison with the city's joint data protection officer. You will be responsible for investigating and managing personal data incidents, handling requests regarding the rights of data subjects, conducting threshold analyses and impact assessments, following up on the recommendations of the data protection officer, and maintaining the administration's personal data processing register.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with education in information security, a relevant higher education degree at least at the bachelor's level in areas such as computer science, archival and information science, or public administration, or equivalent experience. A good technical understanding of systems is an advantage.

For this role, you must be able to communicate complex issues and contexts in a simple manner and have a good ability to collaborate with others. You need to be able to switch between a broad analytical perspective and a detailed level. You are solution-focused and work effectively and results-oriented. It is also required that you are meticulous and responsible and manage your work in a structured and organized manner.

For the position, a very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, is required.
