Vehicle Instructors Wanted at the Helicopter Wing
The Helicopter Wing is now seeking two vehicle instructors with special vehicle expertise for our motor and traffic group. In the role of vehicle instructor at the Helicopter Wing, you are an important part of the unit's resources within the function of vehicle training and traffic safety.
About the Department
The position of vehicle instructor is located within the planning section (A3) of the Helicopter Wing Staff in Linköping. The department is responsible for the management of the unit's production within the Helicopter Wing, leading the wing's operational and readiness missions.
Main Responsibilities
Your tasks primarily involve supporting the motor and traffic group in planning and conducting various training in vehicle service, as well as assisting managers and employees in updating existing training guidelines and training materials at the unit. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the wing's other instructors in vehicle service.
As a vehicle instructor, you are responsible for planning and training vehicle drivers, primarily wheeled vehicles but also various types of special vehicles within the Helicopter Wing. The work also involves shared responsibility for the facilities and equipment used in training.
Examples of Tasks:
- Conduct instructor courses in vehicle service
- Conduct vehicle training
- Support the wing's work on traffic safety
- Support and participate in the unit's exercise activities
Qualifications
- C driver's license
- Civil traffic instructor
Desirable
- ADR competence
- Military vehicle instructor
- Special vehicle instructor
- Military vehicle certificates
- Experience in military vehicle training

Other Information
Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period. The position is civilian.
Employment rate: Full-time
Work location: Linköping Malmen or Norrköping Bråvalla. Work may take place at several locations in Sweden during training and exercise activities.
Start date: By agreement.
Number of positions: 2
