At Alma Assistans, we are in great need of Personal Assistants who want to work as substitutes. We primarily need help for a woman and a man who both live outside Almunge. The woman can speak and express her needs, and a driver's license is required as she lives a few kilometers from the bus stop. She has cats, so you should not be allergic to fur. The man is more multi-sick and cannot communicate verbally, but he is a cheerful guy with a childlike spirit.

We are looking for substitutes who can start the introduction process right away. It is desirable if you can work day/evening and sometimes night shifts, depending on the client. If you are a bit flexible, you can work with several clients to increase your hours. There is a good chance you can continue as a substitute over the summer if you are interested. The introduction can start quickly for the right person.

You who are applying fit the following description:

• are a calm and secure person with your own drive.
• see and can take responsibility for what needs to be done.
• have a great ability to empathize with someone else's situation and perspective.
• have a driver's license.

It is an advantage if you have experience in healthcare, but it is not a requirement.

The most important thing is that the personal chemistry between you and our client is right. To work with the client, you must be proficient in and understand the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
