We handle everything from the construction of residential buildings and other structures to renovations, damage repairs, remodeling, and general contracting.

About the Role

As a foreman, you will be responsible for certain construction projects – from planning to finished results.

Your tasks will include:

• Leading and distributing work
• Planning and monitoring time and resources
• Ensuring quality
• Being responsible for work environment and safety
• Coordinating subcontractors and deliveries
• Communicating with project management and clients
• Client visits
• Inspections

Who You Are

To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Experience and professional knowledge in construction
• A valid driver's license (B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is a plus if you have:

• Knowledge of calculation systems and good computer skills
• Experience in leading staff and contractors
