Our construction operations in Västernorrland/Jämtland are now looking for more site managers. Our projects include bridges, treatment plants, earthworks, road & utility works, roads, and railways. About the position
As a site manager, you will work in production close to the site manager and skilled workers. Your responsibility is to lead, plan, and follow up on the daily work and ensure optimal progress.
You are the one who, together with the site manager, drives and coordinates the project and contributes to a good working environment. You keep a diary, report obstacles, changes, deviations, and compile invoice documentation. Responsibility for work preparations and ordering of materials and services are other tasks included. You communicate and collaborate with our clients and subcontractors.
Competencies and personal qualities
We are looking for someone who is passionate about being the spider in the web and is driven, reliable, and organized. Leadership is important, and you are a role model who creates engagement among our employees. It is also important that you act professionally in contacts with our suppliers and clients. To succeed, experience from the industry is required, either with a focus on construction concrete or earthworks and utilities. You currently work as a site manager, team leader, or have equivalent experience for several years. It is an advantage if you have a university degree in construction and civil engineering. A driver's license and good computer skills are a requirement. Your place of residence within the geography is less significant as long as you are flexible and can travel to where the projects are located.
