Technical Property Services is a company based in Norrland that manages the maintenance and development of properties for clients who are property owners and users within industry, public and commercial sectors. The company operates in service and preventive maintenance of property technical installations for ventilation, heating, cooling, electrical, and automation systems. The business is located in Norrland with offices in 16 locations from Uppsala in the south to Luleå in the north, with its headquarters in Sundsvall. Technical Property Services is part of the Fenix Holding AB group, which has nearly 500 employees, of which about 240 are employed in TFS.

About the Position

As a project manager, you will have personnel responsibility for a number of employees and plan, lead, and distribute work within, among other things, service and complete new installations in the electrical field. You will manage several smaller projects simultaneously and be responsible for the entire project process, from start, implementation, to completion. As a project manager, you will be responsible, in consultation with the site manager, for the budget and timeline and will be the coordinating function to ensure that the team delivers according to plan by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and proactively managing risks and opportunities. Furthermore, you will address customer issues regarding changes in the project based on received documentation such as drawings and descriptions, calculate and establish material and labor costs. You will conduct project follow-ups and, together with the site manager and controller, perform financial follow-ups of service, contract, and installation assignments.

Qualifications

· Experience as an electrician or equivalent

· Experience in project management and accustomed to managing multiple projects and working with financial tasks.

· Experience in a position with personnel responsibility

· Good computer skills and solid knowledge of the Office suite

· You express yourself well in both speech and writing

· B driver's license
