About the position

In the role of project engineer, you will work closely with one or more project managers and be an important part of the project organization. The work is carried out in collaboration with both internal specialists and external stakeholders. You will have a broad role with significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence the content based on your skills and interests.

Responsibilities

• Financial management, including forecasts and cost monitoring
• Support project managers with scheduling, administration, follow-up, and finance
• Be responsible for document management and preparation of presentation materials
• Arrange and take minutes at meetings
• Follow up and update the project's control program and risk analyses
• Participate in the reception control of consultants' delivered documents
• Be responsible for or actively participate in the project's handover process
• Ensure good order in the Project Portal

We are looking for someone who

• Has a university or college education of at least 180 credits with a technical focus, or other education and work experience deemed equivalent
• Has at least 6 months of experience working as a project engineer, in project management or similar
• Holds a valid driver's license (B)
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as it is required in daily work
