For some time now, we have also been part of Circura, Sweden's leading group in renovation, remodeling, extension, and property service. This gives us significant advantages in the market and ensures good cooperation with other players who also have extensive experience in caring for and renewing properties.

Byggtjänst i Övik is growing, and we need to strengthen our operations with another driven, independent, and knowledgeable site manager. The position involves site management and close contact with project management. The role is varied and includes, in addition to site management, everything from production planning, preparation, and providing materials for production to participating in client meetings and following up on production with associated documentation.

We are looking for someone who:

· Has solid experience working independently with site management in the construction industry.

· Has good Swedish language skills and can express themselves well in both speech and writing.

· Is meticulous, driven, and engaged.
