Technical Property Services AB, TFS, is a company based in Norrland that manages maintenance and development of properties for clients who are property owners and users within industrial, public, and commercial operations. The company operates within service and preventive maintenance of property technical installations for ventilation, heating, cooling, electricity, and automation. The business is located in Norrland with offices in 16 locations from Uppsala in the south to Luleå in the north, with its headquarters in Sundsvall. TFS is part of the Fenix Holding AB group with nearly 500 employees, of which about 250 are employed at TFS.
About the position
In the role of project manager, you will plan, lead, and allocate work within ventilation installations, but project planning within electricity and automation may also occur. You will manage several smaller projects simultaneously and be responsible for the entire project process, from start, implementation to completion. As a project manager, you have overall responsibility for, among other things, budget and schedule, and you are the coordinating function that ensures the team delivers according to plan. You will follow the project's progress, coordinate activities, and proactively manage opportunities and risks. Furthermore, you will drive issues with the client regarding changes in the project based on the received documentation such as drawings and descriptions, and calculate and establish material and labor costs. You will have project follow-up and, together with the Site Manager and Controller, perform financial follow-up of service, contract, and installation assignments.
Qualifications
· Relevant post-secondary education in technology (e.g., property engineer, electrical energy engineer, property technician)
· Knowledge of ventilation, cooling, heating, electricity, and/or control technology
· Experience in project management and accustomed to managing multiple projects as well as working with financial tasks.
· Good computer skills and good knowledge of the Office package
· You need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
· A B driver's license is a requirement
