As a maintenance planner, you will act as the spider in the web between clients, project teams, and contractors. You will be responsible for coordinating the region's delivery of maintenance plans within infrastructure systems and buildings.

The assignment is carried out in close collaboration with project teams, managers, and controllers, covering the entire geographical region. The stationing location can be, for example, Luleå, Umeå, Sundsvall, Östersund, or another location in the northern region, with the possibility of remote work up to two days a week.

Your tasks

• Plan and coordinate the maintenance plan
• Manage and follow up on internal orders
• Review action descriptions and associated documentation
• Structure and ensure the quality of submitted material
• Receive and interpret instructions and create needs lists
• Analyze and follow up on actions, assignments, and orders
• Participate in financial follow-up
• Support managers and contribute to improvement work
• Ensure continuous follow-up of the maintenance plan
• Contribute to knowledge transfer to the organization

Requirements

• University or college education in economics, engineering, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in similar work
• At least 3 years of experience in contract follow-up
• Documented experience working in Excel or similar tools
• At least 3 years of experience with financial systems (e.g., Unit4 ERP, Raindance, or similar)
• At least 1 year of experience in operational follow-up
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written

About the assignment

This is a consulting assignment where you will have the opportunity to work in a complex and socially important operation with a strong focus on quality, structure, and long-term planning.

At the start of the assignment, an introduction will be conducted on topics such as information security, security protection, and ethics. At the end of the assignment, a structured feedback session will take place.
