Within the Peab Group, there are many opportunities, and this summer you have the chance to learn more about construction and civil engineering.

Within the Civil Engineering business area, we carry out contracting work of all sizes, including new construction, renovation, or repair. This can involve, for example, a roundabout in a heavily trafficked environment, earthworks when we develop a new residential area, or building a new bridge.

We are now looking for you who want to work in production on one of our exciting projects during your studies. As a summer employee with us, regardless of which project you end up on, you will gain a good insight into how the business operates and what you can expect in your future profession. Working with us should be rewarding and developing. You will have a personal mentor who will be your sounding board and support throughout your employment.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are studying at a high school or post-secondary level, such as vocational or university level in construction or civil engineering. Furthermore, you have a strong interest in community building and want to work in production. Previous industry experience is an advantage but not a requirement. As a person, we see that you are curious and proactive. At Peab, the work environment is a top priority, and it is important that you have the ability to understand the safety regulations in place at the workplace and contribute to a safe and inclusive work environment.

About the position

We are looking for students who want to gain experience of what it is like to work within the Peab Group while making connections for your future career. The tasks vary depending on your age, experience, and education, but the common thread is that you will always be involved in production.

We care about you

Your employment begins with an introduction where we go through the routines and safety regulations at your workplace. We also conduct a so-called work preparation with risk management for the tasks you will participate in. We strive to make your employment with us as developmental as possible!

The deadline for applications is February 28, 2026, and after that, we will begin the selection process. All candidates will be notified by May 2026 at the latest if they have been offered a position at Peab.
