Project Manager in Ventilation

Your new job

As a Project Manager at Bravida, you are a key person responsible for the projects from early calculations to final delivery. The role suits you who thrive in an environment where freedom meets responsibility, and where you get to work commercially, technically, and with people.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Leading the various phases of projects and being responsible for calculations, results, and execution
• Working with procurement, purchasing, resource planning, and quality and work environment efforts
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships and creating value-adding upselling
• Leading, engaging, and supporting installers and project teams
• Monitoring project progress and financial status
• Providing feedback to colleagues and contributing to continuous improvements
• Actively participating in our improvement and development work to create efficient working methods

Your background

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with documented experience in the ventilation industry and who has managed both smaller and larger projects. You are confident in your role, structured, and solution-oriented with a coaching and clear leadership style.

Requirements and experience:

• Several years of experience as a project manager or in a leading role within ventilation
• Experience in managing projects with responsibility for finances, quality, and timelines
• Ability to work with modern digital tools and project systems
• Good communication skills and a valid driver's license (B)
• Very good understanding of business acumen and financial follow-up

Meritorious:

• Experience in calculation work within ventilation
• Knowledge of contract law (AB, ABT)
• Experience with multidisciplinary projects
• Familiarity with strategic customer dialogue and upselling
